Appassimento Rosso Puglia IGT 2023 – Feudi Salentini

Appassimento Rosso Puglia IGT 2023 by Feudi Salentini is a full-bodied Apulian red wine, made from Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Malvasia Nera grapes. Vinification involves pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation for approximately 25 days at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation for approximately six months in barrique. The result is an intense, warm, and enveloping wine, with aromas of ripe red fruits, vanilla, and cocoa that linger on the palate. Its full structure makes it ideal for those seeking a rich yet balanced red wine, capable of pairing with rich dishes. Ideal with roasted, braised, and grilled meats, game, and aged cheeses.
