Fogliola Rosso Marche IGT 2025 BIO Screw Cap from Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo is a youthful, smooth red wine designed to showcase the more everyday and convivial side of Sangiovese Grosso. It is made from organic grapes harvested by hand in crates, along with a portion of other red grape varieties. The color is a light and elegant ruby; the nose reveals intense, vinous aromas of ripe red fruits. On the palate, it is harmonious, soft, and gentle, with good structure and a very pleasant finish. Vinified in stainless steel, it retains its freshness and immediacy. It can also be served slightly chilled, with cured meats, tomato-based pasta dishes, white meats, and informal cuisine.
