It comes from the Vignalet vineyard, which faces south on clay soils, and is distinguished by an elegant aromatic profile, with hints of currant, blackberry, and black cherry, and light nuances of cocoa and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet smooth, fresh, with balanced tannins that accompany the sip with a pleasant silkiness. The finish is dry, clean, and persistent. A territorial Pinot Noir, suitable for meat dishes, mushrooms, roasts, and bold-flavored dishes.
