Ziik Sangiovese Spumante Extra Brut Rosè Metodo Martinotti – Tenuta Casenuove

Ziik Sangiovese Spumante Extra Brut Rosè Metodo Martinotti – Tenuta Casenuove

Tenuta Casenuove’s Ziik Sangiovese Spumante Extra Brut Rosé Metodo Martinotti is a Tuscan sparkling wine with an original blend, made from Sangiovese and designed for those seeking freshness, personality, and versatility. The rosé color introduces a fragrant and dynamic profile, with hints of small red fruits, citrus, and light floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, lively, and well-paced, with a fine bubble that accompanies the sip without weighing it down. The Extra Brut selection enhances its flavor tension and makes it suitable both as an aperitif and at the table. Serve at 10-12°C with raw seafood, shellfish, cured meats, fried foods, pizza, soups, and cheeses. A contemporary, gastronomic, and unpredictable rosé sparkling wine.
